This is a preview version of an Icon theme I’m in the process of making. So far, it’s less than half completed, but I thought I’d put it up here to give… well, preview. I originally started it to get some practice using inkscape and svg, and never actually expected it to become anything. Any feedback would be appreciated. And the name, Mewls is temporary, because I’m really really bad at coming up with names for things.

This is an modified Tango-like icon theme made for KDE. It is called openSuSE Tango, because i made it on openSuSE box and it has SuSE throbber for Konqueror @ 22×22 (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/SuSE+Throbber?content=68800)
It doesn’t aiming to be full KDE icon theme but it’s almost complete (maybe in some of the next versions). It contains over 5 000 icons

It’s mostly a compilation of other icons:
- Tango Desktop Project icons (http:// tango.freedesktop.org/)
- Ubuntu Gnome default icon theme
- Gnome default icon theme
Some icons were transformed to make them with greenish look using the Gimp.
Initially, this icon theme was made for my own use, but after some solicitations
i released it.

nuvoX is complete icons theme for KDE 3.x. This theme is mainly based on three others themes: crystal proyect, nuovola, nuoveXT, OS-L, Tulliana, (some icons of other theme) and of course my own designs.

The last Script I did stopped working because the Oxygen Team started using .svgz files and my script was looking for .svg files, but now I have gotten it to work again.
ps. It takes longer to export the svgz files cause’ there compressed, so don’t worry if it takes a long time
pps. also, it will take less time to download the theme itself because it’s smaller now, around 60MB.

Some of original blac + white icons are \”boxed\” and looks bad when you\’re using style like domino which has its own boxes for icons. So I have replaced all this icons. Just look at the screenshot to see that all looks good with my domino desktop.
