Hello, this is not a kicker background like so, simply is an obtained effect taking a desktop wallpaper anyone to add a semitransparent bar to him and putting kicker totally transparent, including a superior bar that simulates a docker.
I did it with inkscape, I imagine that any similar software will be able to be used. The file that I give here is svg, it have the background bar for kicker and the docker, with a resolution of 1280×1024.
