I think that a new system about installation of new style would be useful :
Currently, if you want to install a new style, or window decoration, what do you have to do ?
Go to kde-look, take a look at the screenshot, download the file, install the package (or build the source, if the right package isn’t available), then launch kcontrol, and select your new theme…
